Il metodo Pilates è una ginnastica posturale e riabilitativa sempre più praticata, anche per il semplice mantenimento della forma fisica, grazie alla sua straordinaria efficacia. Diversamente da altre metodologie di allenamento, il metodo Pilates sviluppa la consapevolezza del movimento rafforzando tutti i muscoli del corpo (ma senza gonfiarli). L’esecuzione degli esercizi consente di ottenere un corpo tonico e flessuoso, che si muove in maniera vigorosa e aggraziata. La grande versatilità del metodo Pilates e il risultato di armonia mente-corpo che immancabilmente ne deriva ne rendono possibile l’applicazione in molteplici campi tra cui danza, fisioterapia, training sportivo, fitness. Pubblicato nel 1945, questo volume è il testo in cui Pilates stesso ha spiegato i principi fondamentali del suo metodo e gli esercizi del Mat Work, il lavoro a corpo libero. Negli Stati Uniti è quasi un best-seller.

[MerchantReview] => Ho usato il prodotto (palle Pilates Sissel, 900g) in lezioni di Pilates e volevo comprarne un paio. Avrei preferito farlo direttamente in un negozio, ma il sito non menziona nessuno a Roma dove si può comprare le palle. Quindi ho dovuto scegliere online e farmelo consegnare a domicilio. Dovevano arrivare lunedì 6 ottobre ma la persona a cui la consegna è stata affidata, non avendo trovato il nome del proprietario accanto al cancello, piuttosto che di chiamarmi (usando il numero di cellulare fornito) ha preferito portarlo al deposito. Ho cercato di sbloccare la consegna e di contattare i vostri servizi però rispondevano a una mail su 3 e alla fine ho dovuto passare tre giorni a casa a aspettare la consegna, con l'orario previsto che ha cambiato più volte.
Peggio ancora, il prodotto finalmente consegnato si è rivelato molto più piccolo da quello che ho usato in classe (anche se il pezzo di 900g era lo stesso). Ne ho comprato 2 per sbaglio (non avendo capito che nel prezzo erano compresi due pezzi). Ho scritto a l'unico indirizzo che ho trovato (info@) per cercare di capire se si può cambiare almeno un paio di palle per altre di dimensione più grande però nessuno mi ha risposto.
Quindi non posso dire che tutto fosse stato sotto controllo e che l'esperienze era ottima.
